We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with 4–5 years of relevant experience who can inspire teams, deliver consistent business growth, and create a culture of excellence.

4–5 years of experience in team handling and leadership.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual as well as team targets.

Strong ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

Ability to analyze performance, identify improvement areas, and implement effective action plans.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and deliver results.

Good knowledge of performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to consistently achieve business goals and KPIs.

Set clear targets, monitor daily performance, and ensure timely execution of plans.

Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and professional growth.

Maintain high levels of motivation, discipline, and team engagement.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Ensure quality standards, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
