About the role

Experience: Healthcare Experience Must

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead sales growth, manage marketing activities

Responsibilities

Lead sales and marketing strategy

Drive revenue growth and business targets

Manage end-to-end sales process

Build and lead sales/marketing teams

Generate leads and convert opportunities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns

Track performance metrics and improve results

Requirements

10–15 years experience in sales/marketing leadership

Strong experience in B2B or enterprise sales

Proven record of achieving revenue targets

Experience in team management

Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred

Startup or high-growth company experience

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
