Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager – Operations to lead and manage manufacturing operations in a fasteners manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in production planning, operational excellence, process improvement, cost optimization, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day operations of a medium to large-scale fasteners manufacturing facility.
Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circle, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Lead automation and process improvement projects.
Troubleshoot production issues, including Thread Rolling Machines and CNC Machines (preferred).
Plan and monitor operational budgets and resource utilization.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
MBA in Operations (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
At least 5 years of proven experience in Fasteners Manufacturing is mandatory.
