Specifically, when you join the Customer and Operations team in Milan, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients in the energy and utilities sector in Energy Transiction Projects (ie. Energy Communities, shift to renewable energy). You will be involved in large-scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
Governance of the business process mapping and re-engineering project
Organisational analysis and design
Project and change management
Target operating model design

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
A master’s degree in Energy Engineering
Passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience
2 to 3 years of experience in Energy projects in a consulting company and/or an energy company
Knowledge of Energy market, regulatory framework and processes
An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.

This Operations role pays $31k-$41k/yr. Within typical range for operations roles in Italy.
