PMO-Senior Consultant

HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, provides Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation services.

To support the growth of our Palermo office, we are looking for 2 PMO Consultants to join our team.

The selected candidates will work on-site at the headquarters of a leading Public Administration organization based in Palermo, contributing to digital transformation and technological innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities within complex IT projects.

Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, costs, timelines, and overall project performance.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

Analyze, map, and optimize Public Administration business processes.

Gather business requirements and define organizational and digital improvement initiatives.

Act as the interface between stakeholders, business representatives, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in PMO activities and governance of complex IT projects.

Experience in business process analysis and business process reengineering.

Experience in digital transformation and/or system integration projects.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.

A temporary employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €30.000 to €37.000, depending on experience.
