Your Tasks:

Requirements elicitation support: gather requirements from our eCommerce stakeholders and document them in JIRA/Confluence.

Keep our projects documentation up to date.

Update existing solution functional documentation.

Update/Enhance User Manual.

Create new functional documentation for our features.

Help validate requirements implementation.

Deal with any support requests and liaise between end user and the Team.

Learning on a PO path - shadow and support the PO in meetings with Team/Stakeholders.

Your Profile:

You are a quick learner.

You are a great communicator and are able to deal in a respectful manner with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

You are familiar with IT project management concepts and IT development concepts without the need to program.
