As a Marketing Manager , you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Execute hotel marketing strategies: Support the design and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital channels, social media, and branded platforms to drive visibility and revenue.

Stay up to date on industry trends: Monitor emerging marketing tools, technologies, and consumer behaviors relevant to the hotel industry and target audiences

Report on campaign performance: Prepare and deliver monthly performance updates and marketing analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams

Support cross-functional initiatives: Partner with department leaders to execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue and guest engagement
