We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst – Marketing & Content Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analyzing marketing and content performance, developing insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, data quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Analyze marketing campaigns and content performance using quantitative and qualitative data.

Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and business reports using Power BI or Tableau.

Monitor data quality and implement data validation frameworks to ensure reporting accuracy.

Support data governance initiatives and improve reporting processes.

Identify process gaps and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Work with ETL processes and understand the complete data lifecycle for reporting and analytics.

Present findings and recommendations to business teams through clear visualizations and reports.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and Microsoft Excel.

Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Experience in Marketing Analytics and Content Performance Analytics.

Strong understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Statistical Analysis.

Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Validation Frameworks.

Understanding of ETL processes and the Data Lifecycle.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.

Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
