Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex maintenance activities, implement safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will coordinate maintenance projects, manage team performance, and uphold safety regulations to maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable facility.
Duties
Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and high/low voltage systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to maximize equipment uptime.
Lead troubleshooting efforts on mechanical systems repair, electrical systems issues, HVAC system repair, and industrial maintenance tasks using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, enforcing safety procedures, and managing safety training programs for the facilities maintenance team.
Oversee the management of facilities maintenance teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating with contractors and internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents using CMMS tools.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in facilities or industrial maintenance management within manufacturing or similar environments.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and electrical systems troubleshooting.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters, and other electrical testing tools such as multimeters.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance and facilities management.
Experience managing HVAC systems repair and plumbing system maintenance in large-scale facilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while promoting safety standards and operational excellence.
Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot engineering issues related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
Facilities management experience involving project management skills for large-scale maintenance or renovation projects.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
