The Opportunity

Collaborate to drive business growth and operational excellence by leading the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) process with key retail partners. Ensure optimal product availability across fragrances and makeup categories through accurate demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering an exceptional luxury consumer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

What you'll get to do

Coordinate the CPFR process with key retail partners, ensuring alignment between commercial plans and supply chain execution.

Execute, monitor, and continuously improve demand forecasts by incorporating sell-out trends, promotional activities, product launches, and seasonality.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and successful execution of commercial initiatives.

Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of out-of-stock, excess inventory, and slow-moving products, and implement corrective action plans.

Analyze key performance indicators including Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Coverage, and Service Levels, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) by ensuring inventory readiness for promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Build strong collaborative relationships with customers to improve service performance, forecast visibility, and mutual business growth.

Generate business insights and recommendations through data analysis to support commercial decision-making and deliver sustainable growth.

We'd love to meet you if you have

2 – 3 years in similar roles. Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.

Experience working with retailers, marketplaces, or brands

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Data Analytics tools (Power BI or similar).

Skills: Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, communications with internal and external clients.

English skills: Intermediate
