KRA1

Achieve AAP targets with the assigned manpower and territory.

1. Drive sales through existing channel partners and identifying new POS for business enhancement.

KRA2

Ensure effective servicing to the channel partners.

1. Effectively liaison internally across various functions to ensure customer satisfaction taking care of training needs of the channel partners.

KRA3

Supervise target achievement of the reportees.

1. Allocate work amongst team

2. Effective monitoring and timely mentoring and grooming of the reportees,

3. Ensuring timely training and knowledge updation.

Recruit, Train & develop team members to achieve the functional goals

1. Recruit, train & develop the team members to achieve the business no’s and make them connect with the bigger picture.
