As a Solutions Architect, you will:

Serve as the technical authority within your area of expertise, contributing directly to the quality and success of software solutions.

Lead and conduct internal code reviews to ensure technical excellence, maintainability, security, and compliance with engineering standards.

Actively participate in the development of technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and commercially viable.

Deliver exceptional value to clients by driving technical excellence, meeting project expectations, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

Foster knowledge sharing by leading technical training sessions, architecture discussions, and lessons-learned workshops, supporting the continuous development of engineering teams.

Demonstrate strong technical leadership by delegating effectively, mentoring engineers, and acting as a trusted advisor across multiple technology domains.

Define and maintain application architecture standards for both backend technologies (primarily .NET and Python) and frontend frameworks (primarily React), promoting software engineering best practices.

Define cloud architecture and governance strategies across major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP), selecting the most appropriate PaaS and IaaS services for different workloads.

Partner with Technical Leads, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to remove technical roadblocks, drive architectural improvements, and support business and product outcomes.

Support the organization's engineering practices by developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, documentation, and knowledge repositories that are easily accessible to engineering teams.

Promote innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, while mentoring less experienced professionals and supporting talent development and retention.

Identify and communicate new business opportunities related to your technical expertise.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Fluent English, with excellent verbal communication skills.

Experience delivering software solutions for industrial or manufacturing environments.

Proven experience building strategic, consultative relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Strong technical expertise within your domain, with the ability to apply engineering knowledge creatively to solve complex business challenges.

Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, relational databases, source code version control, and Agile software development practices.

Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), along with DevOps practices and tools.

Experience with frontend development using React and/or Angular.

Experience with backend development using Python, Node.js, and/or C# (.NET).

Experience with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, as well as Elasticsearch.

Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Cognite Data Fusion.
