1. Job Purpose

To derive insurance business from assigned TPD Indian Bank channel partners, build strong relationships with Indian Bank branches, provide pre- and post-sales support, lead the sales team, and achieve consistent business growth.

2. Dimensions

Team Size: 10–11 employees

Annualized Premium Target: ?5–10 Crore

Customer Complaints: Zero Indian Bank customer complaints

Persistency: 80% Premium and 80% Policy Persistency

Achieve premium and revenue targets.
