Cleaning Coordinator ( Part time)

Days Per Week e.g. Mon - Fri: Mon-Fri

Shift Pattern 17:00 – 21:00 or 18:00-21:00 (Occasionally Saturdays required)

Rate of Pay / Salary: €16.40

Job Description

· Work effectively and adhere to all Site Specific and ISS Procedures and instructions.

· Take responsibility for the safe use of all cleaning materials and equipment used in the course of your duties.

· Ensure cleaning activities are completed in a manner which will not compromise the health and safety of employees and visitors to the site.

· Complete all logbooks and documentation in a timely manner as per site instructions and SOPs.

· In coordination with cleaning supervisor plan, schedule and execute cleaning activities in the designated areas.

· Ensure all equipment is safe before use and report any faults to machinery and be aware of service requirements.

· Report health and safety related issues to the manager with minimum delay.

· Follow all gowning procedures as per site procedures and SOPs.

· Deal responsibly with capital & equipment.

· To order stocks and ensure that all storerooms are stocked in a safe and tidy manner to avoid stock loss and minimise wastage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Provide cover when required

Other features of the job:

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
