What are your contributions to the team?

Lead strategic initiatives pertaining to facility selection build, and engineer aspects of factory design.

Manage and support strategic projects, prepare business cases and monitor project financials/budgets/status.

Utilize inputs such as cost competitiveness, machine loading, efficiency, capacity, process capabilities and cost based to decide on component sourcing based on the technical data.

Facility and Bay level infrastructure optimization.

Coordinate project manufacturing schedule for 1st article based on various inputs.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline.

You bring a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in a strategy role within a manufacturing company or consulting firm; experience in the aerospace industry is considered an asset.

You demonstrate the ability to translate complex business problems into practical models and actionable solutions.

You possess a strategic mindset supported by strong analytical and synthesis skills.

You are a highly motivated professional who views this position as an opportunity to develop new skills and contribute to high-impact initiatives.

You thrive in highly demanding and continuously evolving environments, effectively managing multiple priorities.

You apply creativity and innovation to problem-solving.

You exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.

You leverage the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, particularly PowerPoint.

You have experience with CAD/CATIA, which is considered an asset.

You interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $64,330 to CAD $101,090 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
