About the role
Your role
As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. You will report to the PMO Manager.
You will
develop, define and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
Manage resources, track costs and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders across multiple fucntions and divisions are needed
Communicate project requirements, progress and risks to all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management and external partners
Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews and reporting
Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards and customer requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, working as a Project Manager
Project Management certification (eg. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required
Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential, other qualifications with more experience will be considered
Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong organisational, leadership and influencing skills
Must be able to demonstrate ability to plan and deliver complex projects
Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise multiple activities
Familiarity with vaccum technology or related industries is an advantage
