Job Description:

3-7 years of SAP functional consulting experience.

3+ years of hands-on SAP FICA experience.

2+ years of experience working with SAP BRF+ business rules and workflow configurations.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations or transformation programs.

Strong understanding of SAP FICA processes including:

Customer financial management.

Payments and collections.

Dunning and correspondence.

Account determination.

Financial postings and reconciliation.

Experience designing and managing:

BRF+ decision tables.

Rulesets.

Expressions.

Validation logic.

Workflow integrations.

Experience writing:

Functional specifications.

Configuration documents.

Test scripts and business process documentation.

Familiarity with:

SAP BRIM.

SAP S/4HANA.

SAP integration concepts.

APIs and middleware solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong business process analysis capabilities.

Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in utilities, telecommunications, transportation, finance, or subscription-based industries.

Experience with SAP BRIM environments and integrated billing processes.

Experience supporting Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Prior consulting or contractor experience in enterprise SAP environments.

Required Certifications

Preferred certifications include one or more of the following:

SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA).

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.

SAP BRIM-related certifications preferred.

SAP Business Process Integration certification is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in:

Information Systems.

Computer Science.

Accounting.

Finance.

Business Administration.

Related discipline.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
