Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Kitchen Services (Door-to-Door / Field Sales)

About Us A-1 Hood Cleaning has been serving commercial kitchens across the Denver metro area for over 13 years, providing exhaust hood cleaning and pressure washing services to restaurants and food service businesses. We're growing and looking for a motivated sales rep to help us bring in new business.

What You'll Do

Generate new commercial cleaning accounts by visiting restaurants, kitchens, and food service businesses in your assigned area

Introduce owners and managers to our services through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, or your own preferred method - however you work best to bring in business

Distribute flyers and marketing materials (we'll provide these)

Build relationships with potential clients and follow up on leads

Report on outreach activity and new accounts closed

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated and comfortable with in-person outreach or cold approaches

Strong communication skills and a professional presence

Prior sales or business development experience preferred but not required

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Able to consistently generate 2–3 new accounts per week

Compensation This role pays $20–$30/hour based on experience and performance:

Part-Time (approx. 20 hrs/week): starting around $20–25/hour, targeting roughly 8 new accounts/month

Full-Time (approx. 40 hrs/week): up to $30/hour for reps consistently bringing in 12+ new accounts/month

We provide flyers and marketing materials to support your outreach.

Schedule Flexible - full-time or part-time available. We're open to whatever schedule works best for the right candidate.
