Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA
Must Have Skills:
Strong Accounting Concepts and Willingness to learn
Good-to-Have Skills:
Communication skills and Subject Matter Expert
Good oral and written communication skills in English - with all internal and external Stakeholders
Clear and concise responses to queries and escalations
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated and adhered to
An analytical mind - follows a process, understands why they are performing the tasks, spots errors and will offer up ways to improve quality
Problem solver who has a growth mindset
Good attention to detail
Job Responsibilities
Finance/Commerce graduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in OTC / F&A operations
Strong communication skills – Verbal and written
Good understanding of Cash Applications, Billing, Reconciliations, Bad Debt Management
Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach with Client/stakeholder
management skills
Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
Good Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint to articulate Monthly / Quarterly
MIS reporting
Ability to adhere to a strong control environment
