Experience Required
1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the QSR, F&B, Café, or Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
Handle inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily reporting.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.
Coordinate with the Area Manager to improve store performance.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
