Job Descripton:
Full Technical ownership of:
24x7 Network Operations (L1–L3)
Global infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN/Voice/Video)
Tools, automation, governance, and continuous improvement
End-to-end ownership of L3 operations governance
Responsible for large-scale environments across:
LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/WLAN/Voice/Video stack
Security devices, DDI, NAC
Works across multi-geography 24x7 model
Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and critical escalations
Provide SME-level support for: Network segmentation, routing optimization, Firewall rule tuning, security controls, SD‑WAN support and lifecycle activities
Drive proactive operations: Alert tuning and noise reduction, Capacity and performance optimization
Implement automation and orchestration use cases
using ServiceNow ITOM + Ansible/AIOps
Perform problem management & RCA analysis
Oversee: Patch compliance & subscription management, Configuration governance (NCM / Forti Manager / Meraki)
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and review technical deliverables
Engage in: Transition-to-BAU activities, Knowledge management and documentation improvements
