Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Veeva CRM Developer to design, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions for our Life Sciences business. This role involves working closely with commercial teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM implementations and integrations.

Locations: India

Job Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Veeva CRM applications, including dashboards, workflows, and user profiles;

Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM, Vault, Salesforce, ERP systems, and other platforms using SOAP/REST APIs;

Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and code reviews;

Provide post-go-live support and implement system enhancements;

Document technical and functional requirements and estimate timelines;

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and/or Vault development;

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;

Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL);

Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader;

Proficient in CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins);

Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, SQL;

Excellent communication and documentation skills;

Veeva CRM/Vault certifications and/or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred;

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Veeva modules like PromoMats, MyInsights, Align;

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and territory management;Confidential

Exposure to Agile methodologies.
