Primary Responsibilities:

Understand low level requirements via PRD's (Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification on Document)

Design and implement software solutions

Write, code review, and maintain high-quality code

Participate in defects triaging and fixing

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programing language

Good experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate

Experience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering

Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands-on coding

SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database

Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Demonstrated ability to develop High & low-level design

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing software products

Experience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)

Knowledge of US healthcare domain

Exposure to AWS cloud and ReactJ
