Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer who possesses a positive and pro-active approach to ensure first-rate service delivery to our valued clients.
Based in Edinburgh preferably or Central belt, the position will be reporting to the Service/installation Manager.
This key role within the company will comprise of travelling to all parts of the UK to carry out warranty service work, installing and commissioning modular cold rooms / bakery equipment and carrying out customer training on our products. This role is the ideal opportunity for an engineer who would like to improve their life/work balance in a highly demanding industry.

Training:
Full in-house training will be provided on all Williams equipment and Health & Safety requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
· F-Gas qualifications.
· 2 years minimum experience in the installation and servicing of refrigeration equipment.
· Delivering Customer Care and being focused on the support and needs of the client.
· Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
· Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
· Proficient technical knowledge in refrigeration and electrical principles.
· Experience in fault-finding on refrigeration systems within the commercial sector would be advantageous.
· Good knowledge of industry standards and Health & Safety, CSCS Skilled worker card preferred but not essential.
· Great communication skills.
Job Types: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £45,448 per annum plus overtime.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday to include some early starts, early finishes and minimal late finishes.
Working away from home is required to carry out a percentage of work duties.
Occasional weekends and overseas work.
Full Clean Driving Licence (required).
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
