About the role
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Perth, Glasgow, Reading
Salary: £36,200 - £54,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
We are looking for a highly capable FM Soft Services Contract Manager to lead the strategic management and performance of our soft services contract portfolio.
This is a key role responsible for shaping and delivering a consistent, service-agnostic contract management strategy, ensuring our services are safe, compliant, high-performing, and deliver best value for money.
You will work closely with FM, Procurement, and key stakeholders to drive innovation, performance, and continuous improvement across a significant contract portfolio.
You will
Develop and implement a soft services contract management strategy to drive consistency, efficiency, and performance
Lead supplier selection, procurement, and contract lifecycle management
Define and manage KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement
Ensure statutory compliance and safety assurance across all service delivery
Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and service optimisation
You have
Strong experience in FM soft services and contract management
Proven track record in supplier performance and commercial management
Experience in tendering, procurement, and contract strategy development
Strong data, financial and analytical capability
Ability to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement
