As a Sr. Analyst - Product Education and Training, you will be responsible for Design and deliver digital-first learning solutions for global audiences, translating complex products into measurable client outcomes. Own end-to-end content development, KPI reporting to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Role Responsibilities -

As a Sr. Analyst - Product Education and Training, your focus is to Design and deliver digital-first learning solutions for global audiences and KPI reporting. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

We expect you to have:

Experience Level (3-5 years) preferably experience in Capital market

Primary Skills - Instructional Designing, Content development, KPI reporting

Soft Skills - Outstanding Communication (written and verbal English), Adaptability & Global Teamwork.

Education Qualification- Graduate

It would be phenomenal if you

Power BI dashboard creation and learning analytics reporting

LMS/LXP administration and content publishing

Newsletter, learner communications, and stakeholder engagement

Process automation and AI-driven efficiency tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
