Commercial Manager Marine

Für unser maritimes Servicegeschäft suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Kundenbeziehungen professionell betreut, Serviceverträge und Einzelaufträge zuverlässig steuert und die Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse aktiv vorantreibt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen kommerziellen und technischen Betreuung sowie Beratung von Marine-Endkunden

Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Serviceverträgen, Einzelaufträgen und Kundendiensteinsätzen

Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenkommunikation, hoher Qualitätsstandards, Termintreue und wirtschaftlicher Zielerreichung

Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Koordination interner Schnittstellen, insbesondere Vertrieb, Technik, Werkstätten und Head Office

Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung der zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, interner und kundenspezifischer HSE-Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Technik, Schifffahrt, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im maritimen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Führungs- oder Koordinationsverantwortung

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Service-, Auftrags- und Vertragsmanagement sowie gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Kundenorientierung

For our marine service business, we are looking for a committed leader who professionally manages customer relationships, reliably oversees service contracts and individual orders, and actively drives the further development of efficient processes.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure successful commercial and technical support and advisory services for marine end customers

Ensure successful planning, management, and follow-up of service contracts, individual orders, and customer service assignments

Ensure professional customer communication, high quality standards, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of commercial targets

Monitor relevant KPIs and derive and implement improvement measures

Coordinate internal interfaces, particularly Sales, Engineering, workshops, and Head Office

Lead, support, and develop the assigned employees

Ensure compliance with statutory, internal, and customer-specific HSE requirements

Your Profile

Completed degree or vocational training in engineering, shipping, logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in the maritime environment, ideally with leadership or coordination responsibility

Sound knowledge of service, order, and contract management as well as a good understanding of business administration

Very good German and English language skills as well as confident use of MS Office and common ERP systems, ideally SAP

Strong communication and leadership skills, decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and high customer orientation
