Senior Project Manager People & Culture (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As Senior Project Manager People & Culture, you will lead complex, cross functional projects with global impact. Through strong project leadership and stakeholder collaboration, you will help turn strategic initiatives into successful outcomes.

In particular, you will

lead complex, cross-functional People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives on a global scale, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget

manage People & Culture workstreams within business-critical projects, including tender processes, business transitions and operational start up activities

partner with People & Culture teams, business leaders and functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of people-related initiatives

establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring clear project structures, accountability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

drive transparency on project progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions through structured reporting and regular project updates

facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and progress

develop and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies and reporting structures within People & Culture function

What you should bring along

Several years of experience managing complex, cross functional projects in an international environment

Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities and dependencies

Experience ideally within People & Culture, PMO or other business-related project environments

Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
