We’re now looking for a Recruiter to join us in Gateshead. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting people with opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms

Supporting and guiding hiring managers through our group selection process

Building and maintaining talent pools

Supporting social media campaigns to attract top talent

Proactively sourcing candidates for vacancies

Managing your own portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and applicants

Delivering recruitment campaigns on key vacancies

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role (agency or in-house)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage a high-volume workload with professionalism and care

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
