Lead project integration activities across engineering and interfacing organizations, including planning, facilitation, action tracking, escalation, and follow-up for design reviews and other major cross-functional forums.

Establish, maintain, and improve key management tools and controls, such as assumptions logs, design decision records, risk and action registers, procedure registers, and leadership visibility tools.

Provide senior-level ownership and oversight for core Quality Processes team programs, including corrective action, design control, pre-job briefs and post-job reviews, document control, project management plans, project quality plans, interim guidance, supplier document review and integration, document template control, training programs, and Design-Reliability Assurance Program (D-RAP) development.
