Visit customer and client sites to carry out equipment installations, site surveys and collections, ensuring all installation activity is accurately recorded within company systems and delivered to a high standard of customer service

Raise purchase orders, allocate equipment and parts to installation jobs, and maintain accurate digital records within company systems to support effective workflow management

Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and associated digital platforms, acting as a first point of contact for colleagues and supporting continuous improvement in system usage and digital processes

Support the installation, configuration and commissioning of Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), ensuring all installation activities, customer information and asset records are updated digitally in line with company procedures
