Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Manager, People Partnering to support our Central Region business. This role serves as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
You will partner closely with leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver talent initiatives, lead organizational change, and strengthen leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Talent Strategy
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business goals
Build succession pipelines and develop internal talent
Support workforce planning and organizational design
Employee Relations & Leadership Coaching
Coach leaders to improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and risk mitigation
Talent Management & Development
Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning
Partner with L&D to deliver impactful learning solutions
Compensation & Workforce Planning
Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies
Identify and address future talent gaps
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across business units
Collaborate with COEs to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives
Co-create and design practical solutions that meet business needs
People Analytics & Projects
Use data and insights to inform decision-making
Lead cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred
Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
Powerful influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach senior leaders.
Proven ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization.
Analytical thinker with strong project management skills.
A self-starter who can work independently and takes ownership.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Additional Information
Remote role with up to 25% travel
Must live in Illinois, Missouri, or Texas.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 89,250.00 - $105,000.00
