Perform exploratory data analysis as needed to identify significant trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies.

Leverage knowledge of a variety of statistical and machine learning techniques.

Research information as needed.

Brief outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school/GED and 6-15 years’ experience; AS/AA and 4-13 years’ experience; or BS/BA and 2-7 years’ experience; MS/MA/MBA and 0-5 years’ experience; PhD/Doctorate and 0-3 years’ experience.

Proficiency using Python, R, Scala, JavaScript, or another programming language for the purpose of numerical computing, data analysis, or predictive modeling.

Working knowledge of SQL.

Strong communication and research skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced SQL query development and optimization, involving high volumes of data.

Experience leveraging Python for task automation.

Experience or familiarity with: Visual Studio Code, Anaconda/Spyder, Oracle SQL Developer, PostgreSQL, Databricks, Power BI, Git, and Jira.

Prior National Targeting Center (NTC) experience, preferably with proficiency in operational data analysis.

Experience working within an Agile development environment.

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen and be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

The ability to obtain and maintain CBP Suitability prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
