Responsibilities

Active participation in improving the plant's financial results.

Manage the improvement of plant efficiency and productivity

Lead and drive the implementation and development of applicable projects in the plant

Implementation and monitoring of the best manufacturing practices in the plant

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene rules and regulations in the plant

Staff development

Maintaining a good work environment to keep employees engaged

Experience Requirements

+8 years of experience in leadership roles in metal stamping companies

Solid knowledge of mechanical metal stamping process & welding

Knowledge in manual, progressive, and transfer presses from 600 to 2100 tons.

Fluent English

Team management

Strong leadership and decision-making
