About the role
What To Expect The Supply Chain Manager – Connectors leads strategic sourcing and operational supply chain execution for interconnect commodities, ensuring material availability, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity. This role combines supplier strategy, cost optimization, clear-to-build readiness, and shortage resolution to support high-volume production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for connectors and electromechanical components
Develop and manage supplier relationships, performance, and continuous improvement
Conduct cost modeling and lead commercial negotiations and contracts
Drive clear-to-build (CTB) readiness and ensure alignment to production plans
Lead end-to-end shortage resolution including root cause and recovery execution
Identify and qualify new suppliers to build a resilient supply base
Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to align technical and supply strategies
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience in electronics/mechanical commodities
Strong experience in supplier management, negotiations, and cost modeling
Proven track record in shortage resolution and supply recovery execution
Solid understanding of CTB processes and production readiness metrics
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in high-volume manufacturing or technology environments

Expected Compensation
$69,600 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
