We are searching for a talented Pharmacy Tech Trainee

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Evening shift, 12:30pm - 9:00pm, 9:30am - 6:00pm, and 7:30am - 4:00pm on weekends with every third weekend rotation

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician Trainee performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Qualifications:

High School graduate or the equivalent is required, or currently enrolled in a program which awards such a degree or certificate.

Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required within 1,500 hours of hire or 1 year whichever is shorter.

Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee is required upon hire.

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range: USD $16.42 - USD $26.72 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement : Every third weekend rotation
