ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I launched my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in retail business management, building my career around serving others and leading teams. I studied Business Management at Lane Community College and am married with four children. Outside of work, my family enjoys board games, bike rides, camping, and spending time outdoors.
Giving back to the community is a priority for our agency. We proudly support Waypoint Community Church and local girls' club basketball programs, and we enjoy being involved in organizations that make a positive impact on local families.
Our agency offers a wellness benefit that includes a gym membership, a cell phone stipend, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, and a bonus for becoming fully licensed within your first 60 days. We believe in investing in both the personal and professional well-being of our team.
Our culture is energetic, supportive, and growth-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and excited about advancing their career. If you're driven, hardworking, and ready to grow with a new agency, we'd love to meet you.
