Full Stack Developers (MERN or PERN stack)

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in either the MERN or PERN stack to join our development team. You’ll work on building scalable, high-performance applications and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, facial recognition, and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN or PERN stack.

Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable front-end components.

Integrate third-party technologies including AI/ML models, IoT devices, facial recognition, ANPR systems, and cloud services.

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure optimal user experience.

Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile sprint planning.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficiently

Technical Requirements:

Must have experience in either of the following:

MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (or Next.js), Node.js

PERN Stack: PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Common Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Solid experience with REST APIs and JSON-based data handling.

Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Understanding of security best practices (JWT, OAuth2)

Experience with TypeScript is preferred

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years of full stack development experience using MERN or PERN stack.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and team collaboration skills
