Primary Responsibilities:

Lead portfolio financial planning activities, including capital planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and investment analysis

Develop financial models, business cases, Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs), portfolio forecasts, and executive recommendations that support strategic decision-making

Partner with Product Managers to improve financial planning, validate assumptions, and standardize portfolio planning methodologies

Support pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and financial modeling for customer proposals and product investments

Monitor portfolio financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Support vendor financial planning, commercial agreements, contract financial analysis, and Intersegment Agreement (ISA) activities

Build solid partnerships across Product Delivery, Product Management, Finance, and Pricing to improve portfolio planning, investment quality, and business performance

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks

Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Experience in business analysis, portfolio planning, financial planning, consulting, or product management.

Experience developing business cases, investment analyses, and executive presentations.

Solid analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree

Healthcare or healthcare technology experience

Experience with pricing strategy, capital planning, portfolio management, or commercial analysis

Experience supporting executive decision-making and cross-functional strategic initiatives
