About the role

Role: Operations Project Manager

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 45 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:00 and 13:00

Salary: Between £50,000 - £55,000 pa DOE

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Project Manager to lead a variety of operational projects that enhance production capability, improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support long-term business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving change in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading operational projects from planning through to successful completion

Managing facility upgrades, equipment installations, production capacity improvements, site transfers, and layout changes

Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations

Managing project budgets, risks, timelines, suppliers, and stakeholders

Building strong relationships across teams to drive engagement and successful project outcomes

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering projects within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or operational environment

Strong experience managing complex projects, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation

A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment

Experience with project management tools or methodologies would be advantageous
