About the role

Job Summary:

The Global Event Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of global congresses, tradeshows, customer events, advisory boards, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives that support ClearCorrect’s commercial and brand objectives.

Working closely with the Global Event Manager and partnering with Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and Sales, this role manages event logistics, vendor coordination, communications, budgets, and onsite execution to ensure successful delivery of global and regional events. The Global Event Specialist supports the full event lifecycle from planning through post-event reporting while helping to ensure events are executed consistently and in alignment with ClearCorrect’s global brand standards.

This role requires strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

Support the planning and execution of global congresses, tradeshows, customer events, advisory boards, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Manage event plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with ClearCorrect brand standards and business objectives.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and regional teams to align event strategy, priorities, and execution.

Coordinate cross functional stakeholders, communications, and approvals throughout the event lifecycle.

Lead and support strategic event initiatives and special projects.

Event Operations & Vendor Management

Manage event logistics, including venues, travel, registration, production, exhibit assets, speaker coordination, and onsite execution.

Lead relationships with vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure high quality delivery and operational excellence.

Support contract management, purchase requisitions, budget tracking, and financial administration in compliance with company policies.

Marketing, Compliance & Customer Experience

Support attendee engagement initiatives and the development of event materials, promotional assets, and branded experiences.

Ensure event activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, procurement, and company requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a consistent and high quality customer experience.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Track event metrics, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the development of global event processes, tools, templates, and best practices.

Demonstrate agility and a solution oriented mindset in managing changing priorities and business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, tradeshow management, marketing events, meeting planning, or related disciplines.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced global environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, local, and cross-functional teams.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, and event logistics.

Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and regions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Asana, CVENT and other project management platforms preferred.

Strong English proficiency, minimum C1 level.

Work Environment

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required 20%.

Availability to support events during evenings and weekends when necessary.
