Your Tasks

You encourage the individual strengths of your employees and actively support them in achieving their career goals.

You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.

You are responsible for the design, development, provision, and operation of our Data & AI products and are significantly involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services.

You conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.

You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.

Your Profile

You are a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding people on their path and supporting them according to their individual needs.

You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, complex environment. Even with various, competing priorities, you keep an eye on the big picture and manage to deliver the best possible results.

You have several years of experience in the development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes.

You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You ideally have experience in the development, architecture, and operation of Cloud Services.

A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.

You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
