We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager (NSW) to lead operational strategies across our diverse business units.

Position Overview:

As Business Unit Manager (NSW), you will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure compliance across multiple organisation’s. You’ll collaborate with leadership, clinicians, and support teams to enhance service quality, streamline processes, and foster a high-performing, values-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement plans that align with organisational goals and identify growth opportunities.

Operational Excellence – Manage day-to-day business activities, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.

Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.

Financial Management – Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability.

Quality & Compliance – Drive quality assurance, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Community Engagement – Represent the organisation and build partnerships with healthcare providers and local authorities.

What You Bring to the Role:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Relevant experience in operational management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS compliance, quality standards, WHS, infection control, and SIRS.

Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.

Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement

Additional Requirements:

The right to work unrestricted in Australia (evidence required).

National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months) or willingness to apply for one.

Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply for one).

NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one).

Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.
