Summary:

The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations within the building and construction industry. This position is essential for driving strategic initiatives, optimising processes, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimise operational performance.

Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
