As a Senior Finance Analyst in our Property team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies and driving progress within our organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Finance Business Partner – Property and be part of a dynamic team of five within a larger department of approximately 20. You will:

Monitor the performance of investments and provide insightful financial analysis.

Support budget and forecast processes for the Property programme.

Own sales-based rent activities, including Excel model maintenance and month-end accruals.

Lead month-end planning, reporting, and variance analysis for specific areas.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

To thrive in this role, you should be a part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with:

Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Excel, particularly with complex models.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

Prior experience with SAP (especially SAP S4 HANA) and Analysis for Office.

Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics.

A background in both financial processing and management information, focusing on driving improvements.
