Note: Work location is on-site with the flexibility to work remotely, the primary location will be in-office for meetings, per Kaiser Permanente-s Authorized States Policy - Employees may be required to travel to a Kaiser Permanente or customer site. Job Summary:

Completes assigned tasks to support sales and account plans including new products, benefits offerings, or pricing models independently. Works with cross-team and sometimes cross-organization peers to prepare communications for local and regional enrollment meetings. Works with cross-team peers and sometimes cross-organization to pursue sales opportunities in new or growing markets, including gathering and entering data. Builds and leverages relationships with brokers, channels, and customers to demonstrate value and build commitment independently. Supports sales plan design, quote, and Request for Proposal (RFP) following established practices. Contributes to a positive customer experience by supporting the communications within and across teams, as well as providing information to customers directly. Assists in gathering information on service failure trends to better serve customers and fulfill KP mission.

Supports a positive customer experience by: independently supporting communications between team members, brokers, channels, and customers to demonstrate value and build commitment; working with cross-team, and sometimes cross-organization peers to meet customer needs in accordance with KP mission, vision and values, key quality measures, key care management initiatives, and current services initiatives; utilizing advanced knowledge of product, service, and ratings to provide information customers, brokers, and consultants about added services and product enhancements independently; and assisting the team to gather complex information on service failure trends or process improvement opportunities to better meet customer needs.

Supports the enrollment and implementation process by: preparing communication materials for use at local and/or regional enrollment meetings independently; following established principles to support communications between customers and team members during the membership enrollment and implementation process; and working with cross-team and sometimes cross-organization peers to support the overall implementation or renewal process of health plan membership, including assisting with research, presentation, preparation, reporting and training coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in group health care benefits sales, account management, and/or implementation, or a directly related field.

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum three (3) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR minimum four (4) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.

Accident and Health Insurance License (Colorado) within 3 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Health Insurance License in state(s) where applicable.

Associate's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
