About the role
We are seeking a Sourcing Project Analyst to support strategic sourcing and manufacturing operations by coordinating Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects, Schedule B cost-saving initiatives, factory support activities, and New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions. In this role, you will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, supporting operational excellence and delivering value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sourcing Project Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Coordinate the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure successful execution across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) implementation projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and business objectives.
Execute Schedule B cost-saving initiatives while tracking project progress and supporting sourcing activities.
Provide factory support by coordinating material, sourcing, and implementation activities that ensure operational continuity.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions by working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or project implementation.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience using SAP.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing, manufacturing operations, or supplier coordination.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or cost-saving initiatives.
