About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable business applications, automation workflows, dashboards, and integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on transforming business processes through automation, analytics, and modern cloud technologies.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build solutions that:

What You’ll OwnPower BI & Business Intelligence

Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.

Build scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.

Develop KPI dashboards across operations, finance, HR, and leadership.

Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and usability.

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance, and reporting best practices.

Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics and visualizations.

Power Automate & Workflow Automation

Build advanced workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.

Integrate Microsoft services with third-party applications using APIs and custom connectors.

Automate repetitive business processes to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy.

Monitor and maintain workflow reliability.

Power Apps Development

Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

Build internal business applications using Dataverse.

Improve business processes through user-friendly applications.

Enhance operational visibility and workflow efficiency.

Support application maintenance and continuous improvement.

Azure Integrations & API Development

Develop Azure Functions and cloud-based automation.

Build secure REST API and webhook integrations.

Connect Microsoft platforms with external business systems.

Design scalable and reliable cloud workflows.

Ensure integrations follow security and governance best practices.

Microsoft Teams & Collaboration

Build Microsoft Teams automations and integrations.

Improve communication and operational coordination through automation.

Enhance productivity across Microsoft 365 environments.

Documentation & Governance
