Job Title: Sales Executive

Duration: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Londrina, Parana, Brazil (On-site Monday to Friday - 1 day working from home)

Responsible to: General Manager-Brazil

Responsible for: Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and help organisations maximise the value of surplus telecommunications and technology assets through reuse, refurbishment, resale, and environmentally responsible recycling.

Job function

Reporting to the General Manager, Brazil, we are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Brazilian team in Londrina.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting TXO's mission of extending the lifecycle of technology.

You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and help organisations maximise the value of surplus telecommunications and technology assets through reuse, refurbishment, resale, and environmentally responsible recycling.

Working alongside colleagues across Brazil and internationally, you will develop solutions that deliver both commercial value and measurable environmental benefits.

This role combines business development, customer relationship management, project coordination, and sustainability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships and delivering meaningful results.

Key Purpose

To identify, develop and grow commercial opportunities by connecting organisations with intelligent technology lifecycle solutions that maximise asset value, reduce waste, and support the circular economy.

Specific responsibilities

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.

Business Development

Identify, prospect and develop new customers across telecommunications, technology, enterprise and industrial sectors.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Arrange customer meetings, presentations and site visits.

Develop long-term partnerships with key decision makers.

Understand customer challenges and recommend commercially viable asset recovery solutions.

Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract discussions.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop trusted relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding projects, collections and asset valuations.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer delivery.

Technology Asset Recovery

Identify opportunities for customers to recover value from surplus telecoms and technology equipment.

Structure technology asset consignment and buy-back projects.

Explain TXO's circular economy solutions and environmental services.

Support customers through the asset recovery process from initial engagement to project completion.

Promote environmentally responsible disposal solutions where reuse is not possible.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and operations teams to ensure successful asset collections.

Monitor customer asset inventories.

Assist in planning transportation and equipment movements.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed expectations.

Provide accurate project updates to customers and internal teams.

Sales Administration

Maintain accurate customer records within CRM.

Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

Produce sales reports and pipeline updates.

Monitor sales activity and forecasting.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

Support contract administration where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with international sales teams and global stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, logistics, operations and finance teams.

Communicate effectively in English with colleagues across multiple countries.

Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.

Sustainability

Promote TXO's sustainability mission and circular economy solutions.

Educate customers on the commercial and environmental benefits of technology reuse.

Help customers reduce electronic waste and improve ESG performance.

Support responsible recycling and compliant disposal processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Logistics, Environmental Management or a related discipline.

Relevant commercial or sales training would be advantageous.
