MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
About the role
MISSION
Ensure the proper functioning of the plant's facilities and equipment in accordance with the established maintenance plan.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Carry out preventive maintenance programs on production equipment or Ficosa facilities.
Perform corrective maintenance on machines/facilities as quickly as possible.
Collaborate in designing preventive plans for equipment based on failures, breakdowns, and repairs that may occur.
Adjust and install new machinery and facilities.
Ensure that Ficosa's facilities, machines, and tools are used and maintained properly.
Train employees on the maintenance, preservation, and rational use of machines and facilities.
Report to the Head of the Maintenance Department/Area about activities and any new irregularities detected in machines, tools, and infrastructure.
Propose ideas to increase the effectiveness of maintenance measures.
Respect Ficosa's code of ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with the applicable Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements for the position, as well as related training.
Actively cooperate in the maintenance, promotion, and improvement of the OHSE and Quality Departments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Secondary or professional education
Languages: Not required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training: Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Basic training in OSHE management will be highly valued.
